Registration form for free NEET JEE and CA Classes

Important to Know:

Please fill the form carefully.
Form can be filled only for the single course.
All the classes for the students are free only registration fee is payable.
Only online payment via Website, UPI, Bank transfer, cheque or demand draft is accepted.
Please do not pay cash to anyone. Cash is only accepted at Murali Mitra's registered office.
For future reference kindly download the payment receipt for sure.
After selection Students must carry self attested class 10th and 11th marksheet school identity card or copy of identification document and two passport size photographs during admissions.
Murli Mitra Welfare foundation reserves the right to change the Date, Time, Venue and number of seats as per Situation and Convenience.
Excellence is a Free Residential and Educational programme for 100 selected students (via entrance test) who will get free Classes along with Stay, food, Books and other Facilities.
Only Registration fee ₹ 99/- is payable for students who wish to appear for Excellence Program.
Murli Mitra reserves the right to terminate any student if they are irregular in the class or found doing any activity against the policy of the Murli Mitra Welfare foundation or does any act against the constitution of India.
Kindly fill Your details Carefully and keep your payment screenshot safe for future reference.
Students if they wish can continue their regular classes also (free of cost) after the crash course.
Classes will not be Conducted if any such Situations arises which is beyond the control like Strike, Pandemic, Riot, Protest, Earthquake, lockdown etc.
It is compulsory for the student to join the course within three days from the date of commencement of batch else waiting list candidate will be given chance to join the course and no other chance will be given to such students.
Prior notice of the Online Entrance test for the Excellence Classes Shall be provided to the students at least 30 days before the examination through SMS, Email, Call or written letter.
Enclosures When you visit Murli Mitra after Selection:
- Self attested class 10th and 11th marksheet.
- Two passport size photographs.
- Copy of identity card or school ID card.
- Copy of payment screenshot.

कृपया किसी को भी कैश भुगतान न करें। केवल विशेष परिस्थिति में कैश केवल मुरली मित्र वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन के रजिस्टर्ड ऑफिस में ही स्वीकार किए जाते हैं।
सुविधा अनुसार कक्षाओं का समय, स्थान व सीटों की संख्या स्थिति अनुसार बदली जा सकती है।
एक्सीलेंस स्कॉलरशिप कक्षाओं के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क 99/- रु के अलावा किसी भी प्रकार की कोई राशि देय नहीं है।
एक्सीलेंस कक्षाएं 100 छात्रों के लिए एंट्रेंस टेस्ट द्वारा निशुल्क शिक्षा की व्यवस्था है जिसमें हॉस्टल, मेस, कक्षाएं, किताबें सभी सेवाएं छात्रों के लिए निशुल्क हैं।
अगर छात्र लगातार कक्षा में अनियमित हैं या संस्था के नियम या भारत के संविधान के विरुद्ध कोई कार्य करते हैं तब की स्थिति में मुरली मित्र वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन बिना किसी नोटिस के छात्र को बाहर कर सकती है।
किसी भी आकस्मिक कारण जैसे स्ट्राइक, दंगे, लॉकडाउन, भूकंप, पेनडेमिक या अन्य कोई ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न होने पर जिसे सामान्य कर पाना संभव नहीं है तब की स्थिति में कक्षाओं का संचालन नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
भविष्य के लिए कृपया अपने पेमेंट की स्क्रीनशॉट को जरूरी रूप से सुरक्षित कर के रखें।
क्रैश कोर्स के बाद अगर छात्र नहीं चुने जाते हैं तब की स्थिति में वह रेगुलर कक्षाएं बिना किसी शुल्क के जारी रख सकते हैं।
बैच आरंभ होने के तीन दिवस के भीतर छात्र-छात्रा को एडमिशन लेना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा ऐसी स्थिति में वेटिंग के छात्रों को सीट प्रदान किया जाएगा एवं अनुपस्थित छात्र-छात्रा को दोबारा मौका नहीं मिल पाएगा।
सक्षम कक्षाओं के लिए एंट्रेंस परीक्षा ऑनलाइन आयोजित की जाएगी जिसकी पूर्व सूचना छात्रों को 30 दिन पहले टेक्स्ट मैसेज, ईमेल, कॉल या पत्र द्वारा दिया जाएगा।
सिलेक्शन होने पर साथ ले कर आएं:
- कक्षा 10th और 11th की सेल्फ अटेस्टेड मार्कशीट।
- दो पासपोर्ट साइज फोटोग्राफ।
- विद्यालय द्वारा जारी आईडी कार्ड या पहचान पत्र की कॉपी।
- पेमेंट स्क्रीनशॉट या रसीद की कॉपी।
